+_ [By Telegraph. I : [UNITED PRESS ABBOCIATION.I Auckland, sth November. At a meeting of delegates to the Bugby Union, a letter from tho Wellington Union declining to accept the bonus of £20, and further declining to offer an apology, was read. The feeling of the meeting was that by returning the £20 the Wellington Union had grossly insulted the Auckland Union. The matter was referred to tho Committee to consider and forward a reply.
