Arooiigbt those present were Sir George Bowen, Sir John Hall, Sir W. J. Clark, Bart., Sir W. L. Dobsou, and Me. Grahum Berry. Iv the course of a speech on the occasion, Sir George Bovren emphasized the necessity for Imperial federation, owing to the rupid growth of the colonies.
