It is announced that legal action is to bo taken against some of tho directors of the Commercial' Bank of South Australia for presenting to tho shareholders a mislead'ig balance-sheet for 1835, wh<oh failed to disclose a loss of £30,000 incurred on pastoral properties hold by the Bank. Mr. Crooks, the manager of the Ba\ik, haa been admitted to bail.
