Cohbtantinople, 24th September. The Bulgarian National Assembly sitting at Sofia has voted tho sum of 6j900,000fr. for the purpose of sustaining tho action of Prince Alexander, and a utate of siege has been deolared throughout Bulgaria. The troops despatched by the Sultan to restore order have arrived at Philippopolis.
