The Times, referring to the explanations of Queensland reference to the labour traffic, considers that they have justified themselves before the world. Sixty thousand Russian troops are at Kara, in Armenia. It is considered likely in official cirolos that the Pope will be asked to arbitrate on the Caroline Islands question.
