Parramatta, dated Melbourne, 11th August, were delivered here to-day (via Brindiai). Tho Orient a.s. Chimborazo's mails, dated Melbourne, 7th August, were also delivered to-day (via Naples). (Received September 23, 1 a.m.) London, 22nd September. Princo Alexander, of Bulgaria, has arrived at Phillipopolis, and received a splendid and onthusiastic reception. It is generally believed that the action of Roumefia in revolting was done unknown to tho Powers, and that they (the Powers) are anxious to limit the revolutionary movement to the utmost.

Latest Intelligence. PROPOSED CONFERENCE ON THE ROUMELIAN QUESTION. [bkuteb's teleobahb.J (Received September 23, 12.30 p.m.) London, 22nd September. The Times this morning states that Russia and Austria are in favour of appointing a Conference to settle the Roumclian question. It also announces that the Russian Government will require the deposition of Prince Alexander from the throne of Bulgaria.
