AN EXHIBITION COMPLAINT. TO THE EDITOR.

Sift— lt would be a decided improvement were the various policemen, constabulary, and men in mufti who havo charge of the several. barriers in tho music hall of the Exhibition, to sit down during tho performance, and not stand up, entirely blooking the view of the platform from those who unfortunately have seats in the vicinity. Last night several complaints were made by those whose view was thus obstructed. It is to be hoped that oither Mr. Johnson or Mr. Callis will see to this in future. I am, Ao., Total Eclipse. Wellington, 9th September.
