Arrival and Departure of Trains.— Tho Railway Department does not pledge itself to tho doßpatoh or arrival of the Trains at tho oxact times notifiod in the above Tables; should oiroumstanoos rondor it impossible or inoxpadiont for a Train to prooeod, the Faros paid will bo retnrnod ; the Department does not undertake to forward passengors in suoh oases. Passengers con he booked at Stations only on condition that there is room in the Train. Children undor throe years of age travel free ; above throe and under twelve years of age, half -fare. Passengers entering tho Train at a booking station without a tioket, or having got in at a flog station, and not taking a tioket at tho proper booking station, will bo ohargod ono shilling in addition to tho ordinary fare. Luggago. — Eaoh passenger is allowed to tako 11211)8 of personal luggage free (not in* eluding merchandise of any Kind), and for every Js6lbs or fraction of 561bs abovo this weight, for every 50 miloß or fraotion of 50 miles, tho oharge will bo One Shilling. No luggage will be allowed to bo taken into tho Carriagos, unless of suoh a aine that it oan be placed under tho Boat without inoonvenionoo. The Department will not be responsible for Luggage whioh is not carried in tho van, or which passengers may have nogleotod to soo labellod. Paaaengors havinr lnggage to go by Train must present it at the Btation at least ten minutoß bofore tho advertised departure of tho Train, or the Department will not bo responsible for its despatch. Passengers who have loat luggage are requested to give notice to the Stationmaster at onoo. The Department will not be responsible for any luggago or parcols improperly left about the station premises. Goods and Parcels to flag stations, plat* forms, and private sidings, where no officer of the Department ia in ohorgo, must be Prepaid, and will be put out at such stations at the risk of the consignee. Parcols must be at the station at leas thirty minutes bofore the advortiaed time cf departnre of the Train by whioh thoy are Io be forwarded. Horsos, Carriages, & Dogs. — The Railway Department does not undertake to forwaid Horsos, Carriages or Dog? by any partioular Train, but when sent, they must be at the forwarding station half-an-honr bofore tho departure of tho Train. Tho owners cf Horsoa must provide moans for aoourirf thorn in the horse-box, and tho Rail, way Department will not bo accountable for any injuries Bustained through thoir breaking loose or otherwise, nor will' it undertake to carry unbroken or vioious Horsos. At Country Stations requisitions for horse-boxes or oarriage-truokß must be made the day before they are wanted. Dogs must bo provided with chains, or other sufficient moons of securing them. They will not bo allowed in carriages, and the sender must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, beforo the dog ia delivered. Smoking ia atriotly prohibited in any part of the Railway premises, or in the carriages, exoopt those specially set apart and marked for the purpose.
