Tho Pall Mall Oazetto considers that tbe offer of New South Wales to send troops to the Soudan was nobly conceived and admirably timed. All wool dales havo closed, with prices at about opening rates. Tho bulk of the Australian shipments were of inforior quality. 201,000 bales wero catalogued, 40,000 boing roserved and 60 per cent, exported.
