I BY TKLKOHAPH.] | UNITED PBIBB ABBOCIATION.J Hokitika, 13th February. Tho Premier and Minister of Mines addroesod a crowded meeting: at the Theatre Royal this evening. The Premier* address was entitled "A Plea for the Study of Politics." At its conclusion repeated ohoering and a unanimous vote of thanks were accorded ; also a vote of confidence in the present Ministry. Tho banquet, which it numerously attended, is now on at the Town Hall.
