I HEREBY give notice that a Poll of the Citizons will bo taken on THURSDAY, the 6th November, 1884, at tho Polling Booth, situate at the Fire Brigade Station, Man-ners-street, in the City of Wellington, on the Proposal to Raise the sum of £75,000 by way of Speoial Loan, under the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Aot, 1876," and the Acts amending tho same, for the purposes of a work authorised by "The Te Aro Reclamation Aot, 1879," and " The Wellington Harbour Board and Corporation Land Aot, 1880," and called, or commonly known as, " The Te Aro Keclamation," full partioulars of whioh proposal woro published in tho issues of September 12—25, October 2 and 9 of this newspaper.
