The profita available for division amount to £96,003, out of which tho usual dividend and bonus of 15 per cent, per annum was declared, leaving £21,003 to be oarried forward. Generally the > figures in the report do not differ materially from those of tho preceding half year, the most noticeable being an increase of over .£600,000 in deposits and other liabilities, whioh are shown at £10,490,813. Coin and caßh balancos, money at short call, and Government securities amount in all to £2,514,606, being somewhat of same items six months ago. The Chairman, in moving tho adoption, said that the cloud of depression which had swept over the colony was passing away. The frozen meat industry was picking up, and the prospeots of all other stable industries much brighter. Mr. P. W. Taylor was re-elected a dirootor.
