PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, under and in pursuance of the Wellington Harbour Board Act, 1879, and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876, 1 do hereby appoint Monday, the 4th day of February, 1834, before noon of the said day, as the time, and the office of Mr. W.
