THE Company begs to announco that it will, as heretofore^, hold rogular publio sales of the now olip during the Hoason, at its commodious warohouso in Wollington, and in soliciting tho continued Bupport of wool growers, would call attention to the complete arrangements made for dealing with consignments. It is well known to those interosted that growers who_ have sold thoir wool at looal public sales in the paßt, and particularly last season, havo had reason, subsequently, to be more than pleased with the result of this action. All parcels of wool committed to tho Company's care for local sale are, on receipt, carefully EX AMINKD AND VALUED BY COMPETENT PERSONS, and a report thoreon transmitted to owners. FARMERS' LOTS, no mattor how small, also receive the same efficient attention. No lots are sold at below the reserves fixed by consignors, and in those oases where spocific instructions are not furnished, the Company's valuation is adopted as a reserve. The Company further acts AS SELLING BROKE X ONLY, an additional guarantee that clients' interests will be proteoted. Should satisfactory prices not be realised, the Company offers tho alternative course of shipment ; the only charge made on wools thus withdrawn from salo being the nominal one of a shilling per bale, which covers all warehouse expenses, including insurance. Account sales with net procoods, are remitted promptly, within seven days of date of auotion. In demonstrating the high roputation possessed by the Company in the handling of wool on behalf of its colonial oonstitnenta, the following figures will be significant, viz. :— Bales. Shipments to N.Z.L. A M.A. Co., London, 1882 72,087 Sales by N.Z.L. & M A. Co., in Melbourne, season 1882 27,989 Sales by N.Z.L. & M.A. Co., in New Zealand, season 1882 9,100 Total 109,176 The Company also aooopts the consignment of every description of colonial prodnoe, including Grain, Frozen Meat, Tallow, Hides, Leather, Sheepskins, Rabbit Skins, Ac, for sale in New Zealand, or Australasian, American, and London markets. Liberal cash advances are made where required on all produce placed in the Company's hands for sale or shipment.
