CARBINE COMPETITION.
Tho Navals competed at the Polhill Gully Rango on Saturday for trophies and othor prizos in olassos A, B, and C. Tho conditions wore seven shots at oaoh rancre. Tho weather was unfavourable. Appended aro the names of the highest loorers in oaoh match :—
Class A— Likvt. HiSLor's Cup.
Class B— Hihlop and Co.'s Vabb.
Class C— Lieut. Hisloi-'s Cup.
On Thursday next prizos will bo arranged for Closßos A and B only.
