Harrington and his backers here ore much concerned at the Wellington telegram to the effect that he had backed out of the match with Hearn. The fact is, that Harrington agreed to aocept Hearn' a challengo to row in Riverton, and Hearn now rofuses to come to Riverton. Harrington is now ready to row Hearn upon the terms stipulated in Hearn's letter, of date a fortnight ago, and it is considered that Hearn will be guilty of & breach of faith if he refuses to go on with the match.
