Sbackell and Ro«h, whose election for Rodney and Melbor-ne North was expected to bo declared void on the ground that they hold Government appointments, have taken their seats and been duly Hwoin. Mr. Ellery, tlfe Government astronomer, ridicules Mr. Wiggins' promotion that there will be a great stoim on the 10th March. It has been discovered by the doctors that Morley, the cricketer, has been suffering from a fractured rib sinco the collision of the Peshawur on the voyage to Australia.
