[Bt Tii.EottArH.l [UNITED PEBBB ASSOCIATION.] Oahaed, 15th November. The Oamarn Jockey Club Spring Bace* commenced to-day. There was a fair attendance, and the fields, although not large, afforded good racing. The following are the results :— Maiden Plate, of 40 sove.— Makarakara, 9st, 1; Aurora, Bat 91b, 2; Amy, 9*t, 3. Makarakara, who was ridden with judgment throughout, won easily at tho finish. Oamara Handicap, of 120 sots. — Mr. O'Brien's Tasman, 8«t 81b, 1 ; Hon. G. M'Lean'a Gitana, 6et 91b, 2 ; Mr. Kerby'B Adamant, 7st 81b, 3. Hilda, Bst lib, also ran. Gitana made the running till the straight was reached, when Tasman and Adamant came up, and, after a desperate race, resulted as above by a nock, the third horse being a neck behind the second. Hilda was out of it. The Hack Bace of 20 sot 3 was won by Blink Bonny. Counties Handicap, of 30 sots.— Magician, 1 ; Juggler, 2 ; lightfoot, 3. The Handicap 'lime Trotting Bace of 20 BOTB was won by Louie. Grand Stand Handicap, of 40 sots.—Tajntan, 1; Adamant, 2; Gitoca, 8. Tarawa
