NOTICE is hereby given_ that the partnership hitherto existing between Henry Smith and John M'Ginity, trading as proprietors of the Mechanics' Restaurant, Willis-street, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the said John M'Ginity wiU receive all debts owing to and pay all outstanding accounts connected with the late firm.
