ESTATE OF O. D. FINCH. NOTICE. I HAVE this day sold tho Book Debts due in the estate of the abeve Baking Business to Mr. Goo. Harris. HAROLD BEAUCHAMP, Trustee. Wellington, 20th Deo., 1881. NOTICE is hereby given_ that the partnership hitherto existing between Henry Smith and John M'Ginity, trading as proprietors of the Mechanics' Restaurant, Willis-street, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the said John M'Ginity wiU receive all debts owing to and pay all outstanding accounts connected with the late firm.
