M'DOWELL, carrying on business under the style of M'DOWELL BROTHERS, at WeUington and Blenheim, has been Dissolved by mutual consent and effluxion of time from thia date, 19th December, 1881. J. M'Dowell, and all debta owing to M'Dowell Brothers are payable to J. M'Dowell. The Drapery buaipesa, Willis-street, Wellington, will from this date be carried on by W. A. M'Dowell, under tho style of M'Dowell Brothers. The Clothing and Outfitting business, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and the General Drapery business, Grove Road, Blenheim, will be carried on by J. M'Dowell.
