DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. nP(HE PARTNERSHIP hitherto existing between J. X M'DOWELL and W. A. M'DOWELL, carrying on bußines3 under the style of M'DOWELL BROTHERS, at Wellington and Blenheim, has been Dissolved by mutual consent and effluxion of time from this date, 19th Deoember, 1881. J. M'Dowell, and all debts owing to M'Dowell Brotherß are payable to J. M'Dowell. The Drapery bustpeS3, Willis-afcreet, Wellington, will from this date be carried on by W. A. M'Dowell, under the btyle of M'Dowell Brothers. The Clothing and Outfitting business, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and the General Drapery business, Grove Koad, Blenheim, will be carried on by J. M'Dowell. M'Dowell Brothers beg to thank their customers and the publio for their patronage in the past, and to assure them that no efforts will be spared by the new firms to proenre the newest and best goods, which they will sell at the lowest possible prices. Each business will from this date be under the direct personal supervision of the owner, so that every attention will be given to customers whilst making their selections.
