Consols remain at 99 J-. The market rate ot discount ha 9 been raised to s£. The bank rate remains at 5 per cent. .New Zealand securities are firm at last quotations. The market for colonial breadstuff's is quiet but steaiy. Adelaide wheat, ex store, 535 ; New Zealand do, 52s ; Adelaide flonr, ax store, 41s Gd. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,800,000 quarters. Australian tallow is firm at 39a 6d for best beef, and 44s 6d for best mutton.
