ELECTION INTELLIGENCE.
Mr. Charles Johnston, a candidate for Te Aro, addresses the electors to-night at the Arcade. Mr. Hendrey informs us that he does not intend to retire from the contest for South Wellington, aa reported. Mr. E. J. Upham informs ua that he has definitely withdrawn from the candidature for Te Aro.
