Sic— l find by the new time-table, whioh oomes into force on and after Monday, the 2 1st November, that a great injustice i 8 don* to the farmers of the Upper Hutfcby the suspension of the 11.10 tram from Wellington and 4.40 train from the Upper Hutt, preventing dairy farmers from getting their produce into town, more especially milk. Would the General Manager oonfer a favoutf upon farmers and others who daily pass from the Upper and Lower Hutt to town by altering the time as follows :— Firstly, to allow the train at 11.10 to proceed as usual, and the afternoon to leave at 5.15 instead of 4.30 ; and th« down train to leave th» Upper Hntt at 4.40. 1 "'*•' n.L.m»™. ;
