A case was heard yesterday in which a man sued another for .£42, the purchase* money paid for two sections of land and intere3t on same, the land never having been handed over. Plaintiff, who paid the pur-chase-money in instalments, had never troubled himself muoh about getting th» land transferred to him, and the defendant executed a transfer of the two Bectiona to the Church of England, being under the impression that they were other sections which had been sold. At the Magistrate's Court this morning, Lottie Wilmot, for having used abusive language to Mr. G. W.
