Baiiometeb— Farther rise generally, bat falling after IB hours. Sea— Increase on wtstorn coast, Washings have been repeated generally. BTNOFBIB OP LAST 24 HODBB. Everywhere from Napior southward the barometer has risen slowly, but from tbeuoe northward it fell a little ia the alternoon, and has risen again during the night. Strong north-west to south-west winds have bet>n experienced generally.
