WEATHER FORECAST FOR 24 HOURS FROM 9 A.M. TO-DAY.
Wind— Between south-east and south-west in both Islands. Babometeh— Further fall at all places southward of Keßt Cape, and rise at all other places. Bma— Moderate on western coast ; increase on East Coast between Lyttelton and East Cape. Wabnixob for strong southerly gales bare been sent to all East Coast stations between Lyttelton and Poverty Bay. BTNOPBIB OF LAST 21 HOURS. At most places between Castlepoiot and Bluff there have been fresh northerly winds, changing to the southward during the night, and increasing to a Btrong gale on the West Coast of the Middle Island and between Bluff and Lytteltou. Fresh south-west winda have continued at most places north of Napier, and in all parts of the colony the barometer has fallen.
