Loxdon, 20th October. A proclamation had been issued by tho Viceroy of Ireland declaring the Irish National Land League to be an illegal association, and announcing that any meetings that may be held under its auspices will be forcibly dispersed. The Irish Executive continues its stringent measures for tho suppression of the disorder in Ireland. Several further arrests of prominent agitators wore made to-day, and warrants continue to be issued for the arrest of others. The City of Londonderry and the Borough of Drogheda have been proclaimed disturbed districts under tho provisions of the Coercion Act. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters' Associatiou : — Arrived — Ship Loch Lomond, from Lyttelton, 22nd July. Rome, 20th October. It is announced that K'ng Humbert will visit tlie Emperor Francis Joseph at Vienna toward tho end of tho present month.
