Bailed, S p m.— Kiwi, for Castlepoiut and Wellington. 15th October. Arrived, 8 a.m.— Go-Ahead, from Castlepoint. Blknheim, 16th October. Arrived, 9 a.m.— Napier and Mohaka, from Wellington. Tho 8 s. Wakatipn left Port Chalmers on the 13th, and arrived at Lvttelton yesterday ; moved on at 6 30 p.m., experienced strong bead winds, and arrived here at 11.15 this morning She Bailed again this afternoon for Sydney direot. Tha steamor Patea lbft Patea at 1 p.m yesterday, experienced strong N.W. gale and arrived at 430 this morning. She returns to same port to-morrow The s.b. Ringarooma sailed last evening for Auckland via East Coast ports. The a.s. Jane Douglas arrived at 4.30 this morning from Lytteltan and Kaikoura. She Bails for Foxton on Monday. The Government steamer Stella took her departure for Opunake thia afternoon. She bad on board anotner detachment of A.O.s for tbo "front" The Stella calls at Cape Farewell Lighthouse on her way back from Opunako, to land Me. Wilson and two Jightkeepers. Mr. Wilson goes over to enquire into a dispute between the present keopera. The steamer Graf ton sailed lor Ly ttelton thia afternoon. The departure of Ihe Charles Edward for Nelson aud VVest Coasc had to be postponed wntil to-day ; she left at 7 this morning. The steamer Uuia leaves fur Wanganui at 8 o'olock to-morrow. The baiquo Malay is announced to sail for Bydneyon vVednesday next, taking posseogers and cargo. The Te Anau will not arrive here from Auckland and East Coast until Tuesday. The steamer Wnitaki will arrive from Lyttelton to-morrow, and sail on Monday for Pioton and Nelson. The Kiwi, from the East Coast, is expected to-night or to-ruorrow. The steamer Wakatu, from Patea and Nelson, may bs looked for to-morrow. Th* b b. Stormbird will not roach Wellington until to-morrow, as she does not leave Wanganui until this afternoon. The p.s. Manawatu is announced to sail for Wangauui on Monday. Tho brigantine E liza Firth arrived in harbour at 10 30 this morning, with a oargo of ooal from Greymouth. The brigantine Mary Bannatyne sailed for New Plymouth at 10 o'clock this morning.
