No fresh intelligence has been received by the Government to-day from the Hon. Mr. Rolleston. The Commanding Officer telegraphs that all is quiet, and that the natives are still actively engaged in putting in their spring crops. The story respecting Daniella, as reported by the Press Association, is stated by Colonel Roberts to be (an absolute fabrication. As to Mr Rolleston and Colonel Roberts going out " with a guard," the fact is they had with them only the usual orderlies. The departure of ¦fhe Hinemoa for Lyttelton has been postponed until to-morrow. The Premier will not leave until then. The Colonial Secretary goeß South to-day by the Albion. Mr. Wm. France's address to the electors of the Foxton District appears in our advertising columns. A letter from Mr. W. Widdop. one of the City Auditors, is unavoidably crowded out, but shall appear to-morrow
