Mr. W. T. L. Travers announces his candidature for the Te Aro Electoral District at the approaching general election. His address appears in another column. Mr. Toxward was severely injured by a coach accident on the Rimutaka about five years ago, and the chief object of hi 3 visit Home was to get the best surgical advice on the subject. He appears to be quite restored to health now, and intends, we believe, to resume the practice of his profession as an architect.
