Wind— Between north-east and north-west in froth Islands. Babomkteb— Fall at all stations. Bea— lncrease on western ooast, and between Castlepoint and Kaikoura. Warnings have been sent to all plaoes southward of Napier. SYNOPSIS OF LABT 34 HOUBB. On the west ooast ot the Middle Isiand, and at all plaoes from Napier northwards the barometer has men a little, but it has fallen everywhere else. The weather has continued fine in all parts ol the country. B. A. EDWIN. 17th September.
