On and after Ist November, 18S0, Traits will leave Wellington Now Station for— • Featherston, Greytown, Cartortou, and Masterton, at 7.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. Masterton for Cartorton, Groytown, Featherston, and Wellington, at 7.50 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. Wellington for Uppor Hutt — 7.30 a.m., 11.10 a.m 3.30 p.m., and 6.10 p.m. Uppor Hutt for Wellington— B a.m., 11.10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4.40 p.m. Wellington for Lower Hutt—7.3o a.m., 11.10 a.m., 1.15 p.m., 3.30 p.m., 4.20 p.m., 5.10 p.m., and 6.10 p.m. Lower Hntt for Wellington— 6.so ».m.. 8.50 a.m., 11.50 a.m., 2.40 p.m., 5 p.m., and 5.25 p.m. Extra Trains will leave Wellington for Lower Hutt at 11.15 p.m. on Wednesdays and at 10 a.m., 7.30 p.m., and 11.15 p.m., on Saturdays. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Parcels and Gooda — For Kaiwarra, Ngahauranga, Bolmont, Hayward's, Silvor Stream, WallacevillOj Summit, Cross' Creek. Pigeon Bush, Fornsido, Woodsido, aud nil Flag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will be put out on the Platforms of those Stations at the risk of tho Consignee. The Eailway Department does not plodgo itsolf to tho despatch or arrival of t\o Trains , at the exact timos notified in the above Tables, and in the event of any oumstances arising either during or prior to the , journey being made which may render it impossible or inoxpadient for a Train to procoed, will roturn the Faros paid, but doos not undertake to forward the passengers. Luggage, — Each passenger is allowed to v take 1121bs of personal luggagofroo (not inoluding niflrohandiße of any kind), and for evory 561bs above this weight, for every 50 miles or fraction. of 50 inilos, tho charge will bo Ono Shilling. No luggage will bo allowed to be taken into the Carriages, unless of such a Bize that it can bo placed under the Beat without inconvenience to othor passengers. Passengers are strongly recommended - to havo their Names and the Station to which they are proceeding distinctly marked on their Luggage', and to satisfy thomsolveß that it is placed on the Train, as the Rail* way Department will not bo' responsible tin* ' less it is booked and paid for. Passengers can be booked atStationß only on condition that thero is room in tho Train. Children under three years of age travel free; above threo and under twelve years of age, half-fare. Horses, Carriages, &c. — Tho Eailway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train but when sent, thoy must bo attheForwardinjr Station half-an-honr beforo tho departure of tho Train. The owners of Horses mnst provide means for securing thorn in the horßObox, and the Eailway Department will not be accountable for any injuries sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horseß. At Country Stations requisitions for horse-boxos or carriage-trucks must bo mode tho day beforo thoy aro wanted. Dogs must bo provided with chains, or other sufficient means of scouring them. Thoy will not bB allowed in carriages, and , the sender must obtain a ticket, to bo given • up before the end of the journey, before the dog is dolivered. All Time Tables issued prior to this date are now cancelled. Return or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the Ordinary Time Table is suspended. Return Tickets for distances not exceeding 25 miles are available on the day of issue only ; for each additional 25 miles, or fraction thereof, one day extra is allowed. Ordinary Single Tickets issued on Saturdays and Sundays are available as Return Tickets until tho end of the following Mon* -. day. , , Special Notice. — To ensure despatch, Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must be at tho Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train.
