TENDBBS are invited for Leasing Six (6) STORE SITI-.S, on land adjacent to Waterloo Quay, Wellington, being Lota numbered 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, mentioned in the printed " Particulars and Conditions of Tender." Specifications of terms of lease, being the "Particulars and Conditions" above referred to, and plan, can be seen jat the Railway Manager's Office, at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. These sites have access by siding to the Railway Wharf and Railway Station, and cart access by Waterloo Quay to the city, and are well suited for Merchants' Stores, Saw-mills, or Factories. Tenders containing and referring to a copy of said specification of terms of lease, and endorsed "Tender for Leasing Store Sites adjacent to Waterloo Quay, Welling, ton," to be sent addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Wellington; and to be received not later than 12 o'clock NOON of 26th SEPTEMBER proximo.
