Te Anau left Melbourne on the 31st August at 3 p.m., and arrived at the Bluff at 7 <%.m. on the sth inst. ; left again s ime day at 340 p.m, and reached Port Chalmers at 7 next morning ; lef t there at 4 p.m. on the 7th, and arrived at Ly ttolton at 7 yesterday morning ; I9(t> simo day at 7 p.m. and arrived here at 10 this morning. She leaves this afternoon for Auckland via East Coast. Tho b.s. Penguin left OnehuDga on the morning of the Cth, Taranaki 7tb, Nolßon at 9 am, and Picton at 645 p.m. yesterday, arriving here at 11 last night. She left for Lytteltoa this afternoon. The s b. Go- Ahead arrived from Napier and Oastlepoint at 830 laat evening, aoA sailed for Lyttelton and Dunedin this afternoon. The steamers Mobaka and Napier arrived early thiß morning from Blenheim. Thoy retarn thia evening. The steamer Btormbird arrived from Wanganui at 11 45 this moruiug, having left there last night, She returns to name port to-merrow. The barque B. K. Luhrs, from Newcastle, was signalled this morning. Captain Paton does not com* with tho vessel this trip, as he had not thoroughly recovored from the effects of the accident which he met with on the last voyage down. Captain JEdmunds, formerly master of tho three-masted schooner Frank Guy, la in command for the round voyage. Thobarquo Malay, whiou. loft Newo-ißtle the same day us the fc>. it Lulirs (lbt iußt), was signalled at noon to-day, and was beating in as we went to press. The schoouer Sancy Lass arrived from Lyttelton late lust night. The Government steamer Hinemoa. Captain Johnston, sailed for Auckland at 10.:)0 this morning. Bis Excellency the Governor and suite were passengers. The b.b. Jane Douglas left for Foxtoa at 4.30 p m. yesterday. The b b. Wanaka left for Picton and Nelson at 1.30 this afternoon. The steamer Euia leaves for Wanganui this attsrnoon. The Kiwi, from the East Coast, should arrive early to-morrow morniDg. The Patea should arrive from Patea late tonight. She returns to-morrow.
