keys in his possession. He said he fonnd them in lodgings previously occupied by him ; but had not used them. The object of dealin? summarily with him on this charge was to prevent application being made for bail pending the sitting of the Supreme Court. Un the various charges of opening letters and stealing the contents ho was committed for trial.
