All communications for insertion in tbe Evening Post must be accompanied by tbe name and address of the writer (not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith), and must be written on ONE SIDE OF THE FAPER ONLY. "Disclaimers" will in future be treated, and charged lor, aa advertisements. We cannot undertake to return rejected communications. Correspondents whose letters do not appear will understand tbat tbe latter nave either been crowded out by pressure of otber matter, or are deemed unsuitable to our columns. Owing to tbe large number of communications we receive, it ia impossible for us to acknowledge them all, or to explain the non-appearance of such as we cannot insert.
