Pour Chalhebs, 18th August. The Union Steamship Company's Albion took the ground off Pulling Point last night. She must have floated, as the Waitaki, in passing her on her way to Timaru, collided

with her, breaking some of her own plates and carrying away a portion of tho bridge. The Waitaki had to return to port. Tho Albion is uninjured.
