MR. BRADLAUGH'S APPEAL. TERRIBLE EXPLOSION IN FRANCE.
[SPECIAL TO SYDNEY HERALD, j London, Bth August. A further number of arrests have been made in County Kerry, and also at Renasjh, County Tipperary, for rioting and diatarbances in connection with the Land League agitation. The application of Mr. Bradlaugh for a rule nisi was made absolute and returnable in November Mr. Bradlaugh addressed an assemblage of 10,000 people at Northampton. Great enthusiasm prevailed in his behalf. A match for tho English Soulliog Championship is to take place in September. A terrible explos on occurred to-day at a cartridge manufactory in the town of Perpignan, in France Eleven persons were more or less seriously wounded.
