Agram, the capital of Croatia, which was recently almost entirely destroyod by a succession of shocks of earthquake, has undergone another severe visitation of the same kind, which has caused great destruction of property, and produced quite a panic among the inhabitants. Hartmann, the Russian Nihilist, who waß reported to have been captured by the German police and delivered to tha Russian authorities, escaped to America, and taken up his residence in New York. Tho Russian Government has made application to the United States for his extradition.
