XpRANCIS SIDEY & CO. have received JO instructions from Mr. T Freethy (who is leaving the district) to sell by auction at his dairy farm, Waiwetu, Lower Hutt, the whole of his stock, consisting of — 13 first-class milch cows, 4 heifers, 1 bull. 1 draught horse, 50 fowls, 17 ducks, 25 tons meadow and oaten hay, 2 swing ploughs, 1 wheel plough, 1 combined banking-plough and scarifier, farming tools, lathe, household furniture, a quantity of potatoes and peas, chaffcutter, dairy utensils, curd-grinder, cheose-press, &c, &c. The Auctioneer calls particular attention to the above lot of choice milking-cows, being caretully selected, young, and in full milk ; they are considered the best lot in the district.
