At.t, communications for insertion in the Evening Post must be accompanied by the name and address of the writer (not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith), and must be written on ONE SIDE OF THE PAPEB ONLY. "Disclaimers" will in future be treated, and charged for, as advertisements. We cannot undertake to return rejected communications. Correspondents whose letters do not apoear will understand that the latter have either been crowded out by pros sure of - other matter, or are deemed unsuitable to our columns. Owing to the large number ot communications we receive, it iB impossible for ub to acknowledge them all, or to explain the non-appearance of such as we oanuoc insert.
