FURTHER FIGHTING IN TUNIS. BOMBARDMENT OF SPAX BY THE FRENCH. FRESH DIFFICULTY ON THE GREEK FRONTIER. RE-OCCUPATION OF ARTA BY THE TURKS. Constantinople, 4th Jnly. Intelligence is to hand from Arta, in Epirus, that the Turkish troops who had evacuated that city, preparatory to its surrender to the Greeks, have now ro-entered the place, and are at the same time raising fresh obstacles to its cession. The settlement of tho Greek frontier question is thus still further delayed. Washington, sth July. 1 his morning's bulletin reports that tho President has eaten and slept well, and is decidedly better. Paris 4th July. Telegrams aro to hand from Tunis, announcing that French war-ships are now bombarding tho seaport of Sfax, whore the rising of tho Arabs recently occurred.
