The settlement of tho Greek frontier question is thus still further delayed. Washington, sth July. 1 his morning's bulletin reports that tho President has eaten and slept well, and is decidedly better. Paris 4th July. Telegrams aro to hand from Tunis, announcing that French war-ships are now bombarding tho seaport of Sfax, whore the rising of tho Arabs recently occurred.
