Fanny Preston was charged with maliciously breaking the windows of a house occupied by Sarah Bay lisa, and was fined 20s, and ordered to pay the cost of the damages — £5, and 7s costs ; in dofault, six weeks' hard labor. DIBOBKYING AN OBDSB. John M'Gregor was charged with disobeying an order for the maintenance of hia fatniiy. Adjourned for four weeks.
