The s.b. Wakatu arrived at 6.15 last evening from Wanganui via Clova Bay. She leaves for Patea this afternoon, . The steamer Patea, from Patea, arrived this morning at 2 o'clock. Shu returns to Patea this afternoon. The s.b. Tui arrived in harbor at 2 o'clock this morning from Waitara uid Opunake, having left the latter place at 11 a.m. yesterday. She leaves for Opunake, Tturanaki and Waitara toThe Government Bteamer Hinemoa sails for Lvtteltoa thiß afternoon, taking memberß of Parliament, who are on their way to the Dunedtn Exhibition. , , The barque P. w. Carlon sailod at 10 o clock thiß morning for Valparaiso. The steamers Hawaa for Nelson and Pioton, Huia and Stormbird for Wanganui, and Wanaka for the South, sailed last evening. All except the latter vessel should return to-morrow. The i.B. PenßUin Bailed lor northern ports shortly alter 1 o'clock thia afternoon. The s s. Te Anau. from Melbourne and Hobart via Bluff, Port Chalmers and Lyttelton, will arrive in Wellington to-morrow morning. She Boils again in the afternoon for Auckland via Bast Coast. The steamer Grafton came round from the Slip yesterday afternoon, and leaves here on Saturday night for the South. The bb. Jane Douglas should arrive from Foxton to-night. She leaves for Kaikoura and Lyttelton to-morrow evening.
