There is no improvement in dairy produce; fresh butter, very superior quality, was quite unsaleable, 8d being tbe best offer ; eggs, guaranteed fresh. Is lid to Is 3d ; hams and bacon are Btill slow of sale at 8d to 9d ; cheese is nominally 4dto4£d; honey, 5J per Ib; jams, assorted, in lib tins, 6s Gd ; aago. in small bags, id ; tapioca, In small bags, (id ; potatoes and onions aro still witnout enquiry, and there is no change to report in other lines.
