SALE OF CROWN LANDS ON DEFERRED AND CASH PAYMENTS. The Beimont and Pahautanui Sections are within tweuty miles of the city ; bridle tracks or road lines have been cut, giving approach, to the sections within the block, aud the rail and road is available for most of the distance. WHEREAS it has been made to appear that ceitain things required to be done by " The Rating Act, 187H," in connection with the making and revision of the valuation rolls of the li.cal bodies in the County of Hutt, named in the First Schedule hereto, have not been done withiu the times required by the said Act : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of tbo Colony of 1^ ew Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Colony, doth hereby extend the time for the doing of the said things in connection with the valuation rolls of the said local bodies, and doth declare th.t the time for the doiDg of suoh several things shall be those which are specified in the ."-ccond Schedule hereto.
