After hearing the Address in the- Council tho House assembled, where a number of notices of motion were given. Mr. Beetham (on behalf of Mr. Collins) gave notice that a roßpectf ul Address in Reply to the Speech of the Governor be considered on Tuesday next. Mr. Hall obtained leave to introduce a bill for tho administration of local affairs in the Chatham Islands. The bill was read a first time.
