After hearing the arguments of counsel on both sides, the Court made an order for a new trial, on the ground that certain evidence against the paper had been improperly admitted in the Supreme Court. Payment of costa in the suit is to be determined by the result of the new trial. Melbourne, 3rd Jnno. Arrived — Union Company's steamship Eotorua, from the Bluff. Adelaide, 3rd June.
