THE inhabitants of Wellington and the surrounding d'&tricts, who have not already subscribed, are solicited to make application for shares before 31st May. The shares are £5 each. The term of payment extending over a period of nearly five years, viz., deposit, 2s 6d; 2s 6d on allotment; calls of 5s each at intervals of not lees than three months.
